VDOT News - Northern Virginia

MCLEAN – Spring Hill Road (Route 684) between Georgetown Pike (Route 193) and Old Dominion Drive (Route 738) will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, Monday, June 26 through Thursday, June 29 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. each day for a pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Those needing to reach properties along Spring Hill Road will have access; however, traffic will not be able to go beyond the point of pipe replacement past 879 Spring Hill Rd.

Through traffic will be detoured via Old Dominion Drive, Towlston Road (Route 676) and Georgetown Pike back to Spring Hill Road. Drivers are asked to follow posted detour signs.
